Freeze-Dried Farm Fresh Eggs are sourced from our own free-range hens! Our hens are in good health and are not treated with antibiotics or hormones. The eggs have been pre-scrambled, so all you have to do to prepare, is by adding an equal amount of water per egg powder. Our freeze-dried farm fresh eggs will last 25 years in proper storage, and it comes in a Mylar bag for maximum protection with an oxygen absorbing packet added.

This product is great for camping and for backup food supply. The freeze-drying process removes over 90% of the weight from the eggs, but the volume stays the same. 5 oz of freeze-dried eggs is 15 whole eggs.
